One of our most famous western towns, Tombstone was immortalized by the infamous gunfight at The OK Corral, and dedicated in 1962 as a registered national historic landmark. The American west of the 1880’s is still alive here today, preserved in landmarks such as the Crystal Palace, a favorite watering hole for Wyatt Earp, his brothers and Doc Holliday. Commonly referred to as "The Town Too Tough To Die", Tombstone is the embodiment of the Old West. Starting with "Boot Hill" you will view the final resting grounds of many Tombstonans who weren't "tough enough". Following Boot Hill, we will roam the streets of Wyatt Earp and the Clanton Brothers. The Clanton Brothers were shot in the famous Shoot Out at the OK Corral. We will continue our historical journey to the Bird Cage Saloon, which is the oldest standing adobe structure in Tombstone. The Bird Cage Saloon had the longest card game running seven years.
